. This section describes how to convert raw filterbank data to our standard archive format. From there is it relatively easy to obtain arrival times. The data reduction is a multistage process. You must learn about each in turn. Note: production and reduction of the filterbank data uses the environment variables tpool and fptmpool a lot. Data goes into tpool and the finished archives end up in fptmpool. (Note environment variables need a $ sign in front of them to activate them) .
