All plenary and memorial, plus some selected oral talks will be published in the Proceedings (Cambridge Scientific Publications). Other oral and posters will be published in a special issue of Odessa Obs. Publications. 

All contributions should be sent to Prof. S. Silich, e-mail: silich@inaoep.mx using the Macros (pdf, ps, tex), the session where your contribution was made. 

Please send S.Silich the latex file (produced without any modification to the macros), the figures in .ps or .eps format and a .ps version of the contribution. The files should be called: 

surname.tex 
surname_fig1.ps or surname_fig1.eps, etc. 

The editors will inform authors of contributions if their paper has been selected for the Proceedings. 
The length for the contributions will be:  

in Cambridge Scientific Publications 

plenary talks – 12 pages 
memorial talks – 6 pages 
oral contributions – 4 pages

in Odessa Observatory Publications 

oral contributions – 4 pages 
posters – 3 pages

The deadline for receiving the contributions is the 15th of October
