Star Name: GSC 00882-00980, NSVS 10426329 Coordinates (J2000): 12 55 59.28 +07 57 11.8 Variability type: RS CVn;   Limits, System: 11.03 - 11.2 (R);     Period: 9.4260 d;   Epoch(max): JD 2451593.766

Remarks:

I present the discovery of an RS CVn star without eclipses. A search for variables was carried out in the publicly available data of the Northern Sky Variability Survey (NSVS, Wozniak et al., 2004, also see http://skydot.lanl.gov/nsvs). Our analysis made use of the Peranso software (http://users.skynet.be/fa079980/peranso/index.htm). I thank I. Bryukhanov and A. Khruslov for their help.
