Star Name: TYC 4344 00700 1, 1RXS J054919.8+674400, NSVS 561027, NSVS 643610 Coordinates (J2000): 05 49 19.75, +67 44 03.4 Variability type: RS;   Limits, System: 12.0 - 12.2 (R);     Period: 7.43 d;   Epoch(max): JD 2451516.9

Remarks:

TYC 4344 00700 1 is a new RS CVn star without eclipses according to ROTSE1 data. This classification is in agreement with the star's relatively small amplitude and with our identification of the star with the X-ray source 1RXS J054919.8+674400.
