... Рассмотрен новый механизм вертикальной проводимости в сверхрешетках с контролируемым беспорядком. Показано, что низкотемпературная проводимость, обусловленная туннелированием с участием фононов между удаленными квантовыми ямами сверхрешетки, в основном, определяется прыжковыми процессами с участием виртуальных промежуточных состояний; в стандартных условиях для этого механизма получена слабая температурная зависимость вертикальной проводимости. ...
