. STIPENDS . The ISNA-16 Organizing Committee will have a limited number of stipends for the Symposium participants. Those who are unable to pay the full registration fee, please, send an e-mail request to the ISNA-16 Organizing Committee indicating the needed support. In addition, we recommend to apply to international and national science foundations available in the country of the participant. Russian participants will be supported by RFBR.
