The Editorial team's publication decisions are made based on the data reliability and the scientific value of the work despite the race, gender, nationality, citizenship, social position, religious or political views of the Authors. Unpublished materials will not be used for private purposes and will not be transferred to any third parties; the materials will be kept confidential. The materials will not be allowed to be published if any reasonable doubt in plagiarism of its content appears. The Editor and the Publisher will not leave any sentence or claim in regards to manuscripts and publications unattended, and will take all the required efforts to restore the violated rights. The Reviewer performs the impartial expertise of Author's materials. The reviewed manuscript is considered confidential and will not be transferred to the third parties unauthorized by the editorial office. The Reviewer should provide the unbiased and reasoned assessment for the research results, the personal criticism is unacceptable. The unpublished materials from the manuscripts submitted for review cannot be used by the Reviewer for private purposes. The Reviewer must notify the editorial team on any interest conflict with the Author, with the request for excluding him from the reviewing of the given manuscript. The Author(s) must provide reliable and authentic results of carried studies and provide the guarantee that the results of the study are truly original, the borrowed fragments are properly cited with the obligatory reference to the author and to the source. The Author(s) cares (care) the initial responsibility for the published materials of the study. The publication must contain the links to other works valuable for the given study. The manuscript submitted to another journal or published in another journal cannot be submitted to the Journal. All the persons contributed significantly to the given study must be specified as co-authors. Specifying the persons who were not involved in study is prohibited.
