In article are considered questions of formation of methodological bases of theory of social technologies from the position of post-non-classical science. Attention is drawn to the need for an understanding of social technologies as a socio-cultural mechanisms of regulation of the relations between the participants in the joint activity, tool and an instrument of optimization of the social system to self-development, self-organization and self-improvement; use of the ideas of dynamic programming in the design of social technologies, analysis of sociocultural specifics of legitimating of the ideas technologization of social space.
