In this issue we begin publishing the article Russia and the World in the XXI century. Trends and prospects, in which the author criticizes the policy of liberal globalization, pursued by the U.S. and its allies. Analyzing the results of the global economic crisis, as well as statements of well-known sociologist (P. Sorokin, I. Wallerstein), the author concludes that the global U.S. hegemony comes to an end.
