() . . New approaches to the creation of a architecture of world order in the post-crisis global community of nations are characterized in this article. Author designed two new models of world order - neo-liberal and synergetic (polycentric) model. It is shown that creative role of state sovereignty and national culture plays significant role in the formation of a multipolar world.
