Religious situation in modern Armed forces of Russia and characteristic features of religiousness of the Russian military men is described in the article. The author offers original model of measurement of the qualitative characteristic religiousness of military men and correlates it by standard in sociology classification of religiousness of respondents. In a basis of conclusions of the author are results of special military-sociological research of religiousness of military men which has been carried out in 2006-2009.
