Dear colleagues!
We have the pleasure to invite you to participate in the International Conference "Biodiversity and Ecology of Parasites of Terrestrial and Water Cenoses" dedicated to the 130th anniversary of acad. K.I. Skrjabin. The Conference will be held in Moscow, Russia on 9-11 December, 2008 at the Center of Parasitology of Severtsov Institute of Ecology and Evolution RAS (Leninsky Prospect 33, Moscow, Russia, 119071).
Materials of the Conference are to be published.
Guidelines for submission of abstracts:
- Submitted abstracts will be accepted by E-mail to the: centrparasitol@rambler.ru or by mail on a 3.5"diskette (labelled with abstract title and corresponding author) or CD and must be accompanied by clean print-out. Abstract texts should not exceed 4 pages.
- Abstracts are to be presented as electronic file MS Word 2000-XP; Times New Roman and the font size 14 point; 1,5 spacing; 20 mm margins and 1,25 indentations.
- The title of the abstract (font size 16 in the center)

Abstract text (Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions – don’t underline). Summary.
The Conference will consist of plenary and session talks as also poster presentations. Plenary talks should not exceed 20 minutes, session ones will be limited to 10 minutes plus 5 minutes of discussion.
Overhead, multimedia projector ("beamer") and slide projectors will be available. The size of the poster boards should not be more than 60 cm wide and 80 cm high.

The Conference languages are Russian and English.
The Organizing Committee will arrange the hotel accommodation for the participants and accompanying persons.
