May, 20, 2002 the subscription to electronic library for computers of the domain sevin.ru was accomplished. All the members can use the resources, the entrance is carried out from the site. The basic requirements:
  1. Registration of the user. IP-address should belong to sevin.ru domain.
  2. Additional information about the use of e-Library is introduced on WEB-server of electronic library.
