Populations "Populations" is a population genetic software. It computes genetic distances between populations or individuals using different methods. It performs bootstrap s and reconstructs trees by applying the Neighbor Joining or UPGMA method. It can handle haploid, diploid, tetraploid or more genetic data, without limits on the number of alleles, locus or population size. It is able to share data with Excel, Genepop, PHYLIP, Microsat, etc.
