ICMLite ICMlite is a great new free molecular graphics program. It also has a robust scripting language and every interactive task can also be done in batch. ICMlite language is similar to Perl, but has all the objects related to molecules and sequences in addition to numbers, strings and arrays. ICMlite reads and writes in most of the known structural formats. See also: ICM.
