Stabie-Soft Software
Stabie-Soft has coule of software products for IC mask layout. The products
include:
- Slam-View -- an IC mask layout viewing system capable of displaying mask data on multiple X servers
simultaneously. The product is an excellent tool for multiple campus design reviews. Graphic windows may be
interlocked so all windows display the same window box, or be completely independent to allow multiple users
to actively edit the same design. Cursor movement is also replicated across the multiple servers. The system
reads the industry standard, stream.
- Slam-Edit -- an IC mask layout editor. It includes all the
features of slam-view with edit capability for the layout.
- XTK -- a hierarchical block level extractor. It is unlike most extractors in that it requires hierarchical discipline.
It also only extracts block level interconnect. It does not extract transistors. XTK is purely text based. Leaf
cells with text have their interconnect analyzed. XTK creates pins over the text labels, and attaches all the
interconnect to the appropriate net, XTK then moves up one level in the hierarchy, repeating the process.
- Delay-Pak -- Delay-Pak provides functionality to read/write verilog hdl (structural with very limited behavioral parsing
ability). The primary use of this package is interfacing P&R systems with synthesis systems.
