GIGVIZ ELECTROGIG's GIGVIZ is a family of 3D design visualization software for industrial designers, mechanical engineers, architects and other CAD users. GIGVIZ features direct importation of CAD databases in a variety of formats including I-DEAS, IGES, Pro/JR, Pro/ENGINEER STL, OBJ, and DXF, for seamless integration into the CAD environment. GIGVIZ's professional solid modeling tools let users add realistic objects for scenic enhancement, and texture editor lets users interactively combine procedural textures and a variety of texture maps to give realistic attributes to surfaces. An extensive library of materials is also provided. Multiple light sources, soft shadows and depth of field controls are provided for the creation of highly realistic scenes or simulation of natural environments.
