"Dear Victor A. Sadovnichiy, dear participants of the RRU meeting.

Let me on behalf of our colleagues from the South Ossetia State
University, on behalf of all people of South Ossetia, express our thanks
to all of you for the great assistance you render to restore education in
South Ossetia.

Special personal thanks to Mr. Victor A. Sadovnichiy and Mr. Andrey
A. Fursenko for the huge help we have now.

At Soviet times, our University ranked among the best. Unfortunately,
now we are in such a sad situation after the well-known events took place.
Less than half a year ago, we celebrated 75 anniversary of our University.
On this occasion, I said that our people, having such a strong outpost,
could not be converted into biomass, as Georgian fascists wanted.

Regretfully, soon we witnessed the blasphemous actions of Georgian
neo-fascists. Our University is completely destroyed now. It is hard to
imagine how to conduct a normal educational process in the two remaining
damaged buildings.

Thank you all for your understanding, sympathy and great help.

. Probably, our University will become attractive for many residents
of Russia's regions to study at."
