Fulbright Meetings, Projects, and Grants - September issue

Greetings!

This is the introduction to the seventeenth issue of the Fulbright Academy of Science & Technology's electronic newsletter.

Our newsletter is sent to Fulbrighters, hosts of Fulbrighters, Fulbright administrators, educational innovators and leaders in scientific and technical fields in the US and around the world.

This month, instead of sending the full newsletter, we are just sending a summary, with a link to the full text on our website.

The current issue contains stories about:

• Preparations for the upcoming international Fulbright gathering in Athens
• Follow-up to our meeting earlier this month at Harvard University
• Plans for a November meeting in Cleveland
• A new investment tool - a stock index for alternative energy, created by an Academy member

PS. Next year - on April 9, 2005 - we will be celebrating the 100th Anniversary of Senator Fulbright's birth. (He died in 1995). Be sure to mark your calendar, as many of the national and local Fulbright entities will be celebrating as well.
