FTSE ­ federal type of student's examination in its modern form has a lot of faults. That's why it implies numerous protests both from students and lecturers. The basic shortcoming of FTSE lies in principles of its immediate implementation in the Russian Federation. De facto it promotes degradation, wasting of creative and moral values of students. Authors put forward easily executed corrections to rules of testing which would eliminate negative features of FTSE and make it pretty effective mean of testing students knowledge and competences.
