Management Trainee Programme

•    24 months programme in Marketing Department, or Finance Department, or Human Resources Department.
•    4 or more key job rotations within the chosen function and an opportunity of an international assignment
•    Ongoing support of line manager. coach and mentor during the programme
•    You will be heavily supported through the two year programme with line manager, coach and mentor.
•    Accelerated career path in Finance, HR and Marketing departments
•    Junior Management Position after successful graduating from the programme
•    Functional and leadership trainings.

What are we looking for from you?

•    Proven academic excellence
•    The work experience less than 3 years.
•    Outstanding team working and communication  skills

• English - «Upper-Intermediate»
