24.11.10 : Technical External Relations Manager for Prestige Brands

External Relations Associate Manager responsible for regulatory compliance, product's registration, professional support for initiatives, relations with professional community, issue management, industry associations. The job is wide in scope and will involve close partnership with the Marketing, SNO and Legal Teams. You will need to have a good understanding of the business and the organization.
 
Main responsibilities:
Manage, shape and leverage a positive external environment to build and protect the business and reputation of P&G and its brands. This will be achieved through building credibility of P&G and its brands with the authorities and professionals, ensuring regulatory compliance of products (artwork, POSMs and copies compliance), managing professional endorsements as well as scientific communication for media, participating in the development of reasonable and responsible regulatory environment, representing the company interests in industry/trade associations, managing and preventing external relations issues. Monitor certain external news related to External Relations and Technical Matters. Spread certain news related to the functions. Scientific Communication (interactions with consumers, health professionals and others directly or via advertising/media about product safety or efficacy topics incl. claims) and Quality Assurance (interaction with health agencies, authorities, health professionals, consumers, manufacturing, wholesalers etc. about product quality).

Starting salary from 60.000 RUR per month gross
 
Qualifications
1. Russian/Belarus Citizenship
2. Good command of English
3. Strong technical background. Higher education preferably in chemistry, biology or natural sciences. Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate relevant expertise after very short time on diverse subjects.
4. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Ability to build long term relationship with key external stakeholders. Ability to effectively present P&G in front of various audiences.
5 Dynamic, self driven personality. Demonstrate capacity for multiple projects handling and ability to adapt within changing and diverse environments.
6 Good understanding of business and corporate principles.
