01.09.09 : Inside Sales, Software (Graduate)
Обязанности:
- JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Business Technology Optimization (BTO) software inside sales for Russia/CIS
- Remote sales via phone/web
- Convert leads into opportunities
- Closes small product deals on his/her own
- Increase HP share of wallet at the installed base, through proactive account farming for new products/solutions/upgrades (Pull)
- Receive "hunting" leads from marketing and qualify them for sales (Push)
- REQUIREMENTS:
- 2009 Graduate: mandatory requirement!
- Degree in Business or Technical/IT field
- Interested in technology sales
- Understanding of sales/ business processes
- Knowledge of MS-Office applications
- Work experience is a plus, Sales related experience (specifically telemarketing/telesales) will be an additional advantage
- SKILLS include:
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good level of English (oral & written skills)
- Proactive attitude
- Customer-oriented ability
- Goal-oriented
- Fast learner with high motivation
- Positive assertiveness. Ability to follow up through obstacles and drive to success
- Ability to multitask, manage stress and meet the deadlines
