Job Summary	Research and development (RnD) in the field of solid-state memory and nanoelectronic devices
Responsibilities and Duties:	·         Drawing a roadmap of the next generation semiconductors, such as FRAM, MRAM, SONOS, Nano-flash memory, carbon nanotube devices, and other non-volatile memories ·         Effectively influencing and addressing the needs for the new generation technologies
Qualifications:	Years of experience: 10 to 15 years in the related industry and management experience at a senior level ·         Senior executive experiences in related areas are highly preferred ·         Patent-owned candidature is highly preferred ·         Ability to draw a technology roadmap based on RnD lab experience ·         Extensive experiences in the frontier RnD of Si-based semiconductor devices In depth technical knowledge and strong leadership with good interpersonal skills
