Aspect Enterprise Solutions Representation in Moscow needs a Technical Support Developer with fluent English to lead client engagements.
Aspect Enterprise Solutions is a big software development company headquartered in London with sales offices throughout the world and a development center (+/- 100 people) in Moscow. The world’s largest oil and gas companies turn to Aspect technology solutions to improve and optimize their downstream supply chains. Oil & gas industry is booming and we are growing with it!
Our clients are located around the world and, as such, it is important for the candidate to have excellent spoken and written English.
If briefly, Aspect develops and sells software for automation of the activity of oil trading companies. All clients’ support for different modules is provided according SLA (service level agreement). Technical Account Specialist is responsible for keeping within the SLA and understanding client’s needs. He/She will provide the 2nd level of support to our customers working closely with our development and QA team.
Responsibilities:
- issue verification,
- identification of workarounds,
- working with development and QA to resolve the issue,
- reporting back to a client,
- working with PM and Technical writers to introduce amendments into user guides,
- working with product managers to identify new features for development.
A perfect candidate will have proven mathematical education, perfect English, business analytical and Java programming skills, knowledge of Oil & Gas domain and a passion for leading and growing successful client relationships.

Renumeration:
- salary (based on skills and experience) RUB45000-RUB70000+ free lunch + medical and life insurance
