26.03.09 : Coordinator of HP Institute of Technology for Russia & CEE (Intern)

• Employed as Intern (temporary contract), to be based in HP Moscow
• Assist Open Innovation Office (OIO) Russia Regional Lead to run HP Institute of Technology (HP.I.T.) Program in Russia and CEE region (Central & Eastern Europe)
• Help to establish new HP IT Centers in target Universities in Russia and CEE
• Organize meetings with professors, support curricula development, closely interact with HP Training Centers in all target countries
• Implement day-to-day operation of HP.I.T. Community
• Organize HP.I.T. annual off-site and on-line Forums
• Develop and support web portal of HP IT (in English and local languages), prepare information for HP.I.T. newsletter and brochures
• Organizing events in HP.I.T. Universities (invited lectures, workshops, seminars, Career Days, etc.)
• Organise branding of HP.I.T. Centers in target Universities
• Assist Manager in logistics, finances, including contracts, memoranda of understanding, donations, other documents as needed
• Help in arranging visits to target universities in Russia and CEE countries for Manager, other HP managers and invited lectors
• Interact with Corporate Marketing, HR, Public Sector, HP Labs, Legal, and other divisions in CEE, Russia and world-wide
• Complete trainings recommended by Manager

• PhD Student (1st/2nd year) OR Student graduating in 2011: mandatory requirement!
• Major in IT (preferred)/ Math/ Engineering
• Work experience is an advantage
• Project Management skills is an advantage
• Fluent communication in reading, writing, speaking English: abilility to effectively communicate with partners in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE). Native Russian language
• Advanced PC-user (MS Office, knowledge of Web design preferable)
• Extremely well organised
• Ability to extract information from internal and external sources
• Ability to provide judgement and expertise
• Self driven and motivated, but balanced with teamwork
• Good communication skills, result-oriented
• Creative (crucial), initiative, analytical
• Ability to travel (Russia / CEE)
