Responsibilities:
• CEO adviser in representative office.
• External and Internal strategy elaboration.
• Corporate governance (minutes of BoM, BoD, etc. preparation and controlling).
• Finance management.
• People management.
• Business planning.
• Head Office request management.
• Strategy follows-up.


Possible Background:
• financial management/audit,
• business/strategic development,
• investment banking/private equity/asset management,
• any other activity implying broad scope of responsibilities.


Skills:
