16.01.09 : Customer Support Engineer
Обязанности:
- JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Interacting with software divisions, consulting groups, end users in Russia and world-wide
- 2nd level support of fraud management and revenue assurance applications, problem identification, patch delivery
- Track service level agreement at various levels (from customer down to 3rd level support team)
- Respectful and on time communication with customers
- Rigor in support calls administration and support process follow-up
- Follow HP support and development methodology
- Interaction with HP teams/personnel including development teams, support, implementers, etc.
- YOUR PROFILE:
- 2008/2009 Graduate
- Education in technical area
- Knowledge: Linux, scripting languages
- Good English - spoken and written - mandatory requirement!
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work full-time
- About 1 year experience in support and delivery will be an advantage

- Its objective is to deliver high quality outsourced application services to Hewlett-Packard's customers.
