- Preparing statistical reports, sending information messages to partners
- Participating in certification, registration and education programs of service providers
- Monitoring partners' Total Customer Experience and Key Performance Indicators
- Collaborating with Russia regions regarding service and support planning
- Participating in partners' audits
- YOUR PROFILE:
- Graduate of 2008/2009 year in a technical field available for full time work
- Proficient user of MS Office and databases applications
- Readiness for business trips
- Good communication skills
- Good command of English
- Attention to details
