Management Information System (MIS) analyst (reference code 'MIS')
Job profile:
- Personal Installment Loans (PIL) & Credit Cards (CC) MIS development & maintenance
- PIL & CC leading/coincident/lagged indicators calculation/portfolio segregation
- PIL & CC roll rates/Was-Is analysis/other specific MIS for Collections department maintenance
- PIL & CC credit source codes discipline/applications codification discipline (surrogates, special approvals, etc. )
- Account Fulfillment Unit data input validation (PIL & CC applications)\
- PIL & CC reconciliation vs. raw data sources
- PIL & CC-related Systems integrity reconciliation
- PIL & CC Ad-Hoc MIS
- Higher education (applied mathematics/computer science)
- Good command of English
- Experienced software developer
- Experienced MIS reports developer
- Experience in database development/optimization is a plus
- Confident knowledge of SQL (Microsoft T-SQL is preferable): queries, views, stored procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Visual Basic programming, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, ability to keep deadlines and work in multitasking atmosphere
- Proactive, ability to work both independently and in team, easy learning individuality
Job profile:
- Writing Business Requirements Documents, reviewing functional specifications, performing systems testing, implementing systems in 'Live environment' & giving post-production support
- Taking part in business discussions and providing suggestions to business for implementing business needs from a system perspective
- Liaising with vendors to get the necessary system support
- Providing production support and resolving any issues that end-users might have
- Providing training wherever necessary to all end-users
- University degree in computer science
- Finance/accounting knowledge is a plus
- Strong written & oral English

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently & in team
- Ability to work hard & effectively in multitasking atmosphere

- To record, track & resolve all trouble tickets raised by business users in responsible & timely manner
- To develop & maintain the problem management process system

- Previous experience with helpdesk function is a plus
