12.12.07 : Direct Marketing Manager (Code - "DM/2007")

• Sales Development: Identification, Qualification, Assessment of and Negotiation with sponsors to conclude marketing agreements for partnerships (across all distributions, including DM on own client base) in close cooperation for respective distribution channel managers Designing Marketing/Campaign Strategy incl.
• P&L outlook, value propositions Execution: set up, launch and management of all sales campaigns and retention/customer relationship schemes in regards of DM, Post Campaign Analysis

• Insurance or financial retail industry experience - at least 2 years in financial services/marketing.
• Understanding/experience with insurance operations
• Direct marketing experience a strong advantage
• Good sales and sales management skills as well as training experience University degree (MBA good to have).
• Good English PC advanced user (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet and etc)
