- Development of AIG Life products distribution within the partner\'s sales channels to ensure effective sales growth and appropriate quality of business
- Plan and implement actions for accounts to deliver the sales targets
- Proactive identification of partner\' needs in new products, projects, sales support etc.
- Insurance or financial retail industry experience
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in managing accounts (banking retail preferred)
- Proved record of successful deals negotiations Good sales and sales management skills
- Training experience
- Managerial skills
- University degree Good English PC advanced user (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet and etc)
- Wages competitive, by results of interview
