Summary. Context is the generating category of traditional culture. The types of it: a primary context, in which are based the key parameters of the text of a song, and next one, to which it gets eventually. As a result of destruction of traditions, transformation of ceremonies and oblivion of their sense, a semantic reorganization of the maintenance of a song is necessarily arisen. External contextual connections are weakened and replaced with internal motivation which leads not only to «semantic shift» in the song maintenance and style, but also to its transition in other quality, up to change of the register or genre transformation . , , , 829

Summary.The artistic method of stepped contraction of images was opened in Russian folk lyrical song in 1926. Constructions with localization of localizer form the basis of this method. In the first predicative unit of these constructions the situation of some subject is indicated, then in the next predicative unit about this subject the situation of other subject is indicated and so on. Summary. To form an intercultural competence, one has to learn national concepts that reflect traditions and rites. Wedding rites are among the most important ones in human life. This paper presents the results of cognitive analysis of the concept «wedding» made on the basis of Russian folklore, and interviews with contemporaries.
