Таким образом, с помощью биоинженерных методов удается оценить тончайшие различия в морфофункциональных характеристиках кожи человека в зависимости от пола и возраста обследуемых. Эти сведения необходимо учитывать при разработке новых методик диагностики и терапии. Следует, однако, заметить, что клиническое значение наблюдаемых различий морфофункциональных характеристик кожи у мужчин и женщин требует дальнейших исследований и соответствующих оценок.
