Russian part of the Programm committee has found it desitable to supplement the conference by an additional "satellite workshop" in order to include several talks (almost exclusively Russian) for which the Programm committee was not able to find room in the main body of the conference. The workshop will take place on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon. Talks are made at the same time as the talks in the main body of the conference. Here is the tentative schedule of this workshop.
