Basis Capital, an innovative quantitative trading firm is looking for two junior quant developers and one software developer to join its R&D centre located in Moscow.

Junior Quant Developer(2 positions)
As a quant developer you will develop quantitative trading strategies using different approaches that include mathematical modelling, machine learning, probability and statistics. You will work with large amount of data and learn to extract hidden signals from financial markets.
Requirements:
- Bright and talented from top Moscow university.
- Very good knowledge in at least one of the following disciplines: probability theory and statistics, machine learning, financial engineering, economics and econometrics, linear algebra, stochastic calculus.
- Strong interest for the career of quantitative developer and passion for financial markets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication qualities
- Solid experience in either R or Matlab,
- Basic experience in at least one professional programming languages(C++/Java etc)
