Cooperation
Subject to the MOIP Charter both natural and legal persons may become the members of the Society upon paying admission fees and acknowledging the Charter and program documents. The Society may have individual and common membership.
Any persons carrying out research and development work in the sphere of natural science and other sciences, publishing their papers, delivering scientific papers and taking part in the Society?s operations may be accepted as the Society?s full members.
Any persons being interested in natural science, carrying out research and development work and seeking to keep in scientific and business contact with the Society?s scientific community maybe accepted as the Society?s corresponding members.
Persons may be elected as the Society?s full and corresponding members on a show of hands at the Society?s Council (Presidium) meeting if nominated by a section and recommended by at least two full Society?s members.
The Society?s members shall make annual member?s contributions in the amount determined by the Society?s Council (Presidium).
Any and all Society?s members are holding a member?s card issued in the form determined by the Society?s Council.
The Society?s full members have the following rights:
? have a casting vote at the Society?s meetings;
? may either elect or be elected to the Society?s executive managing and auditing bodies;
? may take part in competitions and other events held by the Company;
? have advantages when publishing their papers in MOIP publications;
The Society?s corresponding members have the following rights:
? have a consultative vote at the Society?s meetings;
? may take part in competitions and other events held by the Company;
? have advantages when publishing their papers in MOIP publications.
The Society members shall facilitate any goals and purposes reaching set by the Society, fulfill the Charter?s requirements, program documents, the Society?s managing bodies instructions and directions, take part in the Society?s operations.

Any natural person wishing to be admitted to MOIP shall fill in an application form, have a recommendation provided by the Society?s two full members and submit them together with a photograph to the section he/she intends to cooperate with. Such section shall during its meeting consider the application and send it to the MOIP Presidium. Upon receiving the notice on being admitted to the Society, the citizen shall pay admission fee and member?s contributions. A photograph shall used in the member?s card.
An admission fee amounts to 200 RUR.
The Society?s annual full member?s contribution shall make 200 rubles, corresponding member?s contribution shall make 100 rubles.
Any and all contributions shall be paid directly in the Society or via a bank transfer (receipt is attached hereto).
Any persons residing outside Moscow shall in the stead of a recommendation provided by the Society?s members submit directly to MOIP a scientific or other reference signed by the company?s head. In case an unemployed person wishes to be admitted to the Society, he/she submits a reference signed by a chairman of a horticultural cooperative, veterans council and etc.
