MODELING OF CYCLIC ELECTRON TRANSPORT AROUND PHOTOSYSTEM 1

Kovalenko I.B., Riznichenko G.Yu. (Moscow) Cycle electron transport around photosystem I (PSI) in chloroplasts of higher plants and algae is considered. A series of kinetic models of ferredoxin-dependent cyclic electron transport around PSI is suggested. The investigation of the kinetic models of cycle electron transport allowed us to describe the set of experimental data for dependence of kinetic parameters of P700 reduction at different concentrations of exogenic ferredoxin in the context of the scheme of interaction of intermembrane multiprotein complexes and mobile carriers. 1 (PSI) , 232
