(Moscow) The program system for support of communications both in the Internet and convergent networks is considered. The base for the analysis of the general principles of communications is the information treatment activity of scientific community. The real information treatment activity is a preparations for release of a new sample of hardware consisting in research work down to a spelling of reviews.
