Creating
Solid sensors that combine the principles of optical and electrical
detection based on thin film hybrid structures of organic compounds
deposited on the surface of single crystal semiconductor nanowires
Theoretical
and experimental studies on the creation of new types of sensor
materials-hybrid inorganic/organic crystals based on synthetic organic
receptors: metal complexes of crown ethers polypyridines
metalloporphyrins and deposited on the surface of a metal oxide
semiconductor nanocrystals, and polymer composites , which are
incorporated into the fluorescent and electrochemical receptors based
on porphyrins naphthalimides, polythiophenes. Methods of synthesis of
the semiconductor nanocrystal oxide colloids modified sol-gel method
with the use of surfactants . The conditions for the application of
organic macrocyclic compounds on the surface of semiconductor
nanocrystals synthesized by impregnation nanocrystals organic
precursors.
With the use of the complex
methods including transmission electron microscopy study the properties
of the hybrid crystal crystal structure , the microstructure , the
thermal and electrical stability of materials in air. Developed
effective methods for the synthesis of functionalized crown ethers and
their analogues, naphthalimides, polythiophenes as highly
selective receptors toxic chemicals. The conditions for obtaining
polymer films containing optical and electrochemical chelators. With
the use of optical and electrochemical methods of research identified
characteristics of the polymer films .
The
modernization of the experimental complexes with pulsed supersonic jets
and molecular beams to create the experimental setup for nanofilms
organic compounds. The production technology of the detectors of toxic
products in the air and wastewater based micromachine technology.
