Gas sensors with preconcentration on chemically modified materials

    Developed new surface-modified materials based on nanocrystalline metal oxides and micro / mesoporous molecular sieves with high selectivity to the major air pollutants and creation on their basis of chemical sensors. Combining semiconductor gas sensors and systems for the pre-separation and concentration provides a significant improvement in the selectivity of semiconductor sensors in detecting the priority air pollutants H₂S, NO_x and NH₃.
