Read the NeuroMotion Case Study (.doc) and respond to the Questions for Discussion on the last page. Some of the questions address managing a growing business, team and personnel, and even financing. You will be asked to review the finance-related questions again after you have completed the Finance for Start-Up module.

Determine the types of skills that you will need to manage and run your company. Outline the positions and number of people you will need to hire both in the short term (6 months - 1 year) and in the long term (1 - 3 years) to successfully run your company.

- Prepare the appropriate documents to set up a Pay Administration Plan. Complete the following three steps:
- Prepare a job description for each of the people you will need to hire, based on the skills that you identified in the previous assignment. Your job description should include a job title, a reporting relationship, specifications, and a primary function/responsibility.
- Evaluate the job. Rank the job descriptions by value to your company and group the ones that are similar in scope and responsibility.
- Price the job. Determine how much you are willing to a pay for each position.
