Abstract: CW Doppler monostatic lidar (DL) based upon eye-safe 1.5-micron Er fiber-laser is described. This lasder consists of one master oscillator and power amplifier. Experimental techniques for the measurement of the turnkey parameters of the laser are presented as well as results of these measurements for output radiation power short-term and long-term stability, polarization stability, spatial and temporal coherence.
