International Conference
"Fundamentals of Laser Assisted Micro- & Nanotechnologies" (FLAMN-10)
will be held in St. Petersburg (Pushkin), Russia, July 5-8, 2010.
This conference continues well-known traditional symposiums FLAMN and ILATA (Intensive Laser Actions and Technological Applications) used to be organized in former Leningrad, USSR since the middle of the sixties.
The Conference will be devoted to the broad spectrum of problems of laser applications for micro– and anoprocessing, from physical fundamentals of different processes and their experimental demonstration to industrial set-up’s and their realization.
