No. You can post the messages, of course. And you already did it.  This punishment will be cancelled (expired) 13-04-04.

Read the rules, if possible. Your question was quite for Common, or for Flood, and for Diaspora, but nobody reads the last one, right? However, don't post one message twice, choose the only section. Otherwise you'll receive: Дублирование сообщений (кросспостинг).

This punishment was equitable, except you're a newbie. But the moders are not too merciful.

You've posted the same question in 2 places. It is illegal, so you recieved "+", and one of Your posts was moved to Garbage.
The penalty You've got is a "weak" one, You'll need to recieve another 8 of them to be banned 
So it was just a warning (which will expire in two weeks), try to post one message only in one place and everything will be ok.
