ABSTRACT. Common features and differences in the effect of electric current and very high electric field pulses in emulsion graines are suggested and proposed for discussion. the possibility of injection ofelectrons into emulsion grains is proposed as general sourse of all observed regularities. The present report deals with an analysis of the problem as well as giving a description of some new experiments.
