Selection of Conditions for Enzyme Inhibitor Analysis: Theoretical
Consideration
Abstract
Theoretical consideration of mechanisms of inhibitors interactions with
enzymes was done from the point of view of enzyme inhibitor analysis requirements.
It was shown that the knowledge of inhibition mechanism permits to develop true
strategy of analytical procedure conducting with the presentation of
experimental data in the form of comfortable linear calibrating dependencies.
Detection limits for each considered variant of analysis were calculated.
Factors affecting the procedure of irreversible inhibitors determination were
discussed.
