The Choline Esterase Biosensors for Determination of Propanyl Herbicide
Abstract
The determination of organochlorate pesticide propanil using immobilized
antibodies as immuno-extractant and cholinesterase biosensors of different
kinds is suggested. The method is based on using of activating effect of
propanil towards the developed cholinesterase biosensors. The possibility to
determine propanil at the concentration level lower than the permit
concentration is shown. The determination of propanil in several samples of
rice was carried out.
