of the Federal Service for Consumers' Rights Protection Surveillance and
Human Well-Being in the Arkhangelsk Region, the Northern State Medical
University (the Research Institute of Polar Medicine), the Arkhangelsk
Branch of the Society of Hygienists, the Arkhangelsk Branch ROSHUMZ.

Participation in the Conference: full-time (report, publication),
correspondence form (publication).

Prior to the Conference, it is planed to publish the Conference Proceedings
(abstracts and articles).
In order to participate in the Conference, it is necessary to submit the
following materials in electronic form to the Conference Organizing
Committee (polarmed@nsmu.ru) until 30 April, 2011:
. application for participation in the Conference;
. abstract or article.
. copy of a receipt for publication payment (scanned version).

Terms and procedure for registration of participation

To get more information, to fill out an application form, to obtain a
receipt for payment of registration fee, send an email request to e-mail
address: polarmed@nsmu.ru (with a note "NII PM-2011).

Rules of materials execution

Times New Roman Cyr font size 14 points, 1,5 interval. The text should not
contain word hyphens. Top margin 20 mm, bottom 20 mm, left 20 mm, right 20
mm. Indent the paragraph 1.25. The paper should not exceed six pages with
references (not more than 6 sources), Abstract volume - up to 2 A4 pages.
Printed materials should not contain diagrams and drawings. Book
orientation. If there is a list of references, it should be executed in
accordance with the standard GOST 7.0.5-2008. Examples of bibliographic
references in text: [1, 2]; they are given in accordance with the list of
references, in which cited works are listed in alphabetical order (first
domestic, then foreign).

Example of execution of work:

The first line is written in capital letters, it shows the name of a
scientific work
In the next line: names of authors
In the next line - full official name of institution, and city.
(Left alignment).

on 29.06.11 "Prospects for Development of Circumpolar Medicine" held on the
Solovetsky Islands (travel by air) - 10 000 roubles (organization fee -
2500, travel cost - 7500 roubles). Please inform us about your
participation in the session in advance. Air tickets will be bought in an
orderly way in advance. It is necessary to inform about your participation
in the session before 1 June, 2011.
