 The Department of Vertebrate Zoology includes 5 research laboratories. Along with the members of the Department students are also engaged in conducting research on the 4th and the 5th year of education. They choose a supervisor among a large variety of scientists whose themes of research cover almost all the demands of students. There are nearly 70 people working at the Department of Vertebrate Zoology, including 40 members with PhD degrees and 11 - with post-doctoral degrees.
